There is a playground 50 metres from the flat and a swimming pool 150 metres away. Neuastenberg has nice restaurants and its own butcher and baker. The Sauerland is known for its many charming towns and beautiful nature. There are many interesting places in the neighbourhood. There is plenty to do and experience for children, such as a fun trip to Fort Fun, an adventure park with many attractions. You will also find the small Postwiese ski area and a ski hire centre. The centre of Winterberg is a 10-minute drive from the flat.
